My new pet-project: Trying to clean the really dark sleepy Asami pic from Love Surprise. With an eraser, which is really a hassle because my hand isn't all that steady to begin with. Not to mention the fact that I'm using the teddy version, which is quite stupid because if I want a "serious" pic this one will be useless
(Of course at least three people on my f-list know full well that the teddy thing is actually quite serious and not meant as a joke at all).

Anyway, work is kind of slow today and I've been playing with this pic almost since I got to the office. And it suddenly struck me: there is something quite vulnerable about this Asami, with the ruffled hair and sleepy eyes, and his hand so close to the phone but not too keen to pick it up...
Just beautiful...

I don't believe it! I really have absolutely no idea what I did wrong. I've played with this a million times so far trying to keep it up to date and it was working until this morning.
- Although, I have to admit, there was something fishy going on... -
But now it says I am not allowed to access it! My own webpage! My VF fic archive!

Well, I fixed it. I still don't know what is wrong but with all the tries I disovered I was able to access the individual stories (something that was impossible this morning). So all I did was change the initial home address to incorporate the .htm of the frontpage instead of just point to the folder. And it actually worked. Now it appears that all links are fuctioning and plus I corrected some weird html typos (I am totally amazed at what I can accomplish when I pay attention to what I am doing).
Ok, end of self-laudatory rant. Point is: I'm happy. My fanfic archive is back. Yay fanfic archive.
Now I can go watch Buffy.
